I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Cancer of the uterus and advised by the medical doctors to undergo a hysterectomy and chemotherapy. During my recovery from surgery, my children recommended we visit of Health Esprit for complimentary therapy. The staff took time to walk me through their services and specifically how they could help with my condition. Coming from a medical background, I am fully aware of the side effects of chemotherapy and radiation, thus, I elected to include some therapies offered at Health Esprit to run concurrently with my chemotherapy to reduce the likelihood of a reoccurrence of the cancer as well as help minimise the side effects of the chemotherapy.
The therapy recommended really helped me through my chemotherapy sessions. I have not experienced the side effects of compromised vein function and immunity, nausea, loss of appetite and extreme pain that most people on chemotherapy face. I am amazed at how I managed to withstand the chemo. 3 years after my chemotherapy and Health Esprit protocol my condition remains stable. I would recommend Health Esprit to anyone with cancer to consider their therapy program as part of the cancer treatment.Read More

Chronic Fatigue
I came in with complaints of chronic fatigue, low blood pressure and low energy levels to the extent where I had to put my gym program on hold. We ran a diagnostic test which indicated that I had oxygen deficiency, explaining the symptoms I was experiencing. I quickly signed up for their 10-week program and took their advice on the necessary lifestyle changes to be made. Half way through the therapy, I noticed an improvement in my energy levels, my blood pressure levels were stable and now that I am done with my program, I feel a whole lot better than when I started.Read More

Choreoathetoid cerebral palsy
Our 3-year-old son was diagnosed with choreoathetoid cerebral palsy with visual and hearing impairment, resulting from birth asphyxia. From the very beginning, his journey has been filled with challenges. Born prematurely at 32 weeks, he experienced a difficult start—requiring oxygen support, battling neonatal sepsis and meningitis, suffering seizures, and struggling with feeding and growth.
By the time he turned one, he was still unable to crawl, chew solid food, speak clearly, or stand unassisted. His vision and hearing were both significantly impaired. As parents, we were deeply concerned and desperate to find a way to support his development and give him the best chance at a better quality of life.
We were introduced to a comprehensive therapy program at Health Esprit that included active oxygen therapy, spine therapy, nano frequency and bio-magnetic therapies, optical tera therapy, and physiotherapy exercises. The approach also emphasized gut health and neurological improvement through the brain-gut axis, aiming to clear fluid build-up in the ears, enhance cognitive function, support stem cell regeneration, and build physical strength.
Since beginning treatment on June 17th, 2024, we have witnessed remarkable improvements:
He has been successfully weaned off seizure medication.
He can now roll on both sides independently.
By June 25th, he could stand for 3 minutes, and by the following weeks, he was able to stand for up to 25 minutes while holding on to an object.
A report from Beitcure hospital on June 27th confirmed that the fluid in his ears had cleared.
His hearing has improved noticeably—he now turns his head when his name is called.
He has begun eating solid foods like apples, bananas, and nshima with ease.
His overall nutrition and weight have improved thanks to enhanced gut function.
With support, he is now able to take steps—a milestone that once felt so distant.
Though his speech is not yet clear, he vocalizes loudly and expressively.
These improvements have brought immense hope and joy to our family. We are deeply grateful for the holistic and compassionate care he has received. It has not only improved his physical capabilities but also his engagement with the world around him. We remain hopeful and committed to his continued progress.Read More
